I am always amazed at the strong, bright, high performing (and coachable) people I get to work with. Wow!
It’s like they know they’re my perfect client and come find me. I am so thankful and honored I get to work with them!
The fun part is that I get to help those bright high achievers get even better. You might think if they’re high achievers they don’t need much help. But the reality is, in today’s workforce, being bright, hard working, and having a positive attitude simply aren’t enough.
These achievers work for difficult managers, they collaborate with abrasive colleagues, and they must navigate the biases in organizational systems. In short, there are plenty of things that try your patience and fortitude in the workplace.

I think more than hard work what matters today is smart work. A person who is positive and motivate can only be a smart work. The idea of risk taking and working in a challenging situation is not new for a man with positive thought. Thanks for sharing wisdom, it is indeed one of the most hot topic 🙂
